As a part of the Los Angeles Review of Books team, the Social Media Intern will have the opportunity to work alongside LARB’s Social Media Director to develop professional skills in social media management, including technical writing, image editing, analytics, and engagement with the online community of LARB readers, followers, and contributors. This position will work approximately 15-20 hours a week from September 2022 through February 2023.
—Must be motivated, organized, and possess good communication skills —Attention to detail —Excellent reading, writing, and proofreading skills —Good eye for images and design preferred —Previous experience with Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics, Facebook Insights, and/or Loomly a plus —Interest in literature and/or the humanities —Be able to work 15-20 hours per week.
