The ideal candidate is an upbeat, highly motivated learner with excellent organizational, writing, communication and people skills. The intern should have a passion for the arts, a strong ability to multi-task with an interest in leadership while enjoying working as a part of a team. The intern should have some basic understanding about the workings of putting on a theatrical production and have an interest in all aspects of a non-profit theater company. This position will work approximatley 30-40 hours a week from June through September.
The intern should be knowledgeable Microsoft Suite apps, a knowledge in graphics software (Photoshop or Illustrator) a plus.
Rogue Machine Theatre was founded in 2008 as a performing arts organization to serve the greater Los Angeles community by developing and nurturing emerging playwrights, introducing important contemporary works to Southern California.
