The 2022 Outfest Los Angeles Programming Intern will have the unique opportunity to assist in maximizing the experience of filmmakers for Outfest Los Angeles LGBTQ Film Festival through our established hospitality and programming process. This intern shares a tremendous amount of responsibility with our Programming Department to ensure an excellent experience is had by all attending artists. This position will work approximatley 40 hours a week from June through August.
No special skills are required, however, the ideal Internship candidate should have excellent organizational, communication and writing skills, as well as an ability to function effectively in a fastpaced and diverse workplace. Solid computer skills (Apple OS) including the Microsoft Office applications, Google Apps, Internet research skills. Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite, and an interest in Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) film and media is a plus. Access to personal transportation is extremely helpful for the 10-day run of Outfest Los Angeles.
