Description

The Marketing and Public Relations intern will support the Marketing team for 40 hours for week. The internship will begin in mid-June and end in mid-August.

Qualifications

PSA is asking for the Marketing and Public Relations intern to have strong organizational skills, outgoing personality and be detail-oriented. The ability to connect with the media who are passionate about music and community is a plus. An interest in classic and contemporary music is important, and the ability to "think on your feet" and see the solution behind the challenge. Experience in statistical analysis would be helpful as would video/image editing skills. The intern will need to have his/her own transportation.

Background

The Pasadena Symphony and POPS seeks a Marketing and Public Relations Intern to provide support for its public relations activities which support the presentation of world-class music in the San Gabriel Valley. Experience in nonprofit arts marketing as well as video/image editing skills as plus. An interest in classic and contemporary music preferred.
