The Audience and Donor Relations Intern will learn successful strategies for community, audience, and donor engagement as they work to support the work of the Antaeus development team. Working with an accomplished team of artists and administrators, the intern will learn desirable skills in fundraising and non-profit arts administration. This is a part-time internship (approximately 15-20 hours a week), running from June through December 2022, with occasional evenings and weekend work required.

Qualifications

This position is suited to someone with an interest in live theater and a desire to learn about fundraising and event management. The Audience and Donor Relations Intern must have a friendly, professional demeanor, and be comfortable in a public-facing role. Strong communication skills (in person, on the phone, and in writing), and computer proficiency are required. Experience with media platforms and digital technology skills are preferred. The ideal candidate should be: resourceful, reliable, organized, motivated, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about the mission and programs at Antaeus.
