The Intern will work approximately 15-20 hours a week from July 2022 to January 2023 and will be exposed to a small nonprofit organization to become a future arts leader. He or she will learn about all aspects of a small business and how to start a small business by gaining hands-on experience as an assistant to the President. Not only will they be able to experience personal growth as a human, but they will also have an opportunity to explore different arts and cultures of their interest.

Qualifications

The Intern should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, Facebook, and YouTube. He or she should have basic social media, communication, and marketing skills, as well as strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills. Most importantly, the intern should be passionate about learning new things and have a good personality to get along with other people.

Background

JC Culture Foundation is a 501C (3) non-profit Cultural and Arts organization, and it is our priority to provide Chinese cultural and arts programs to underserved communities that have limited access to this information. We focus on enhancing the quality of our cultural performances, providing our communities with the opportunities to understand and appreciate culture and arts, and building a comprehensive program allowing interested participants to develop their leadership and communication skills.
