Description

The Lineage Program Coordination Intern will share in Lineage’s programming of dance, theater, and music. The intern must have a passion for the arts, especially the performing arts, and a desire to learn about planning and organizing events and daily administration of a midsize nonprofit. This position will work approximately 16 hours a week from June 2022 through January 2023.

Qualifications

The candidate should be a self-starter that can work both independently and collaboratively on various projects. The successful candidate will also possess knowledge and competency with social media and strong computer skills, including knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Office, and Mac operating systems. The intern must be an effective communicator, well organized, flexible, positive and enthusiastic.

Background

Lineage Performing Arts Center produces live dance, theater and music performances, provides arts education, and supports nonprofits through awareness and fundraising across LA County at its home, the Lineage Performing Arts Center.
