About the Program
The Department of Arts and Culture accepts applications from Los Angeles County-based musicians who wish to be on the Musicians Roster. A panel of experienced music professionals, and/or Los Angeles County presenting organizations, convenes to evaluate the applicants. Selection criteria are based on artistic excellence, cultural diversity and the ability to work well and cooperatively with other organizations as representatives of this program.
