NOVALA

NOVALA represents the cultural diversity of 21st century Los Angeles by combining western dance styles such as funk, rock, jazz and hip-hop with West African and Latin rhythms. Utilizing a blend of instrumentation, from a full horn section to an array of Afro-Latin percussion, NOVALA is comprised of nine professional musicians. All members of the group hold positions as music educators and are dedicated to strengthening the greater Los Angeles community through music and music education.
