This work is framed by the County’s Cultural Equity and Inclusion Initiative and a longstanding commitment to fostering access to the arts.
Artists Matthew and Paul Doolin of Topanga Art Tile's glass and ceramic tile mosaic mural Ocean Journey depicts a vibrant and whimsical underwater ocean scene. The mural faces the street entrance of the pool house. It features a sand bar of beige tones, a variety of green and blue tiles depicting the water, two large sea turtles, several multi-colored fish and a pod of dolphins swimming throughout the scene. Several smaller fish are installed around the main entrance door.
